Taking over the YouTube Theater, the AltaMed All Hands is a vibrant, all-day event designed to celebrate the healthcare heroes serving our communities. From executive keynotes and guest speakers to awards and interactive activities, the event's visual identity and on-site materials were crafted to create an uplifting atmosphere that honored the employees' unwavering dedication.

To ensure this massive, multifaceted event ran seamlessly, I designed a comprehensive suite of print materials alongside a dynamic run-of-show presentation. Because the schedule was packed with leadership talks, live Q&As, and award ceremonies, the presentation visuals needed to keep the audience fully engaged while keeping the production team perfectly on track. Every printed piece, from the event programs to the smallest details, was thoughtfully crafted to feel like a special keepsake, reinforcing the warm, celebratory energy of the day and reminding every employee that they are a highly valued part of the organization.
